update 12/09/21 the light lost connection to the application, tried for 3 hours to reset everything, nothing. I'm assuming the logic board is blown. Disappointed is a regular lightbulb I bought from the same manufacturer about 4 years ago which still works. Installation took about 15 minutes, no joke. It should be easy. I have installed similar products using the same application. It took some time for these lights to detect my network and connect. Just be patient, I think it's probably the slow built in chipset that these lights come with. But after connecting it to my phone, everything worked perfectly. It works well with Android and iPhone Google Home and Google Assistant speakers. I haven't tested Siri and I don't intend to. I only have Google even though I have an iPhone.
