The product is a blessing for my family member in long term bedrest. She has long hair and is able to get a proper shampooing. The sink is more comfortable than it looks. When I first opened it, I thought it would be uncomfortable but it isn’t especially given that I add a towel at the neck.Some people were concerned about cleaning it, but I swish the interior with soapy water and then leave both caps off so that the inside can air dry. So far that has worked. It is a bit clunky for a short woman such as myself, however that is an inconvenience not a problem. I have recommended this item to others that need it for bed bound or ill loved ones and may donate some myself.
