I like the design and functionality of this panel. It's lightweight and high quality. Setup is easy, and a small zippered pocket on the back of one of the panels contains all the cables needed to charge the lithium-ion battery directly from DC, i.e. delivers power directly from the panels, bypassing the charge controller, charging one 12v battery using the supplied cables via the charge controller or connect something else of your choice via the charge controller. Note. I wouldn't recommend adding your own wiring without prior electrical knowledge. It's easy to fry electronics, especially since solar panels use direct current and not household electricity! The build is pretty solid and I couldn't find any flaws in the manufacturing process. It only takes a few seconds to unfold or fold again and it comes with a nice security ring as well as a velcro strap to keep it in your pocket. When open, the case is at the bottom with the controller and adapters, but getting everything has never been a problem. The panels are thick and strong, yet pliable, especially the connectors, allowing them to fit nicely on almost any surface, including a sun lounger, and can be perfectly aimed at the sun for maximum efficiency.
