I wear pants in size 36 and Large fits me. I've attached a photo along with the measurements: Update 11/16/2020: I recently bought a medium size. I feel a bit small in the buttocks and thighs; it can tear when i sit or crouch. I uploaded the medium sizes. Update 11/20/2020: I recently bought another pair of plus size pajama underwear. I wear size 35-36 pants and the large is fine for me, but you can always go up a size for a looser and more comfortable fit. I have uploaded the updated measurements for the size Large.
