God that was a game changer. I have prepared several excellent meat dishes with this appliance. Cooking by temperature is the best way. Who would know! The app has several preset settings to help you choose the right target temperature for the specific food you are preparing. It can also be configured manually with any settings. The sensors are impressively durable, made from Teflon, and withstood my super-hot Weber grill with ease. It comes with 4 probes that allow you to cook different foods at the same time and measure the internal temperature of the air and meat! The probes connect to an external device, which allows me to cook better because I don't have to open the grill to inspect the food and release heat. I get a notification on my phone when the meal is ready. The range is long and reliable, giving me the peace of mind of taking care of my guests and not having to worry about the grilling. Setup is pretty easy and straightforward - I just scanned the barcode in the manual with the phone app. So happy with this product. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
