Bought for daughter but she already had hotten one, so gave to my mother - who had an ancient holy (with holes) upteen year old thin falling apart robe & never said anything. Anyway, she absolutely loves it! It's so soft! Arms come diwn to hands & long enough to hit her feet. She is about 5' 3" but still it's beautiful grey with white marbled on collar & arm cuffs. I would get 1 for me if could fit in 1 or even wore robes! She's practically lives in robe in mornings & evenings. Shes almost 80 but very active & looks like barely out of 60's. Well, great fabric & perfect for the right person. We also live in AZ so it's not exactly cold enuf here to need Arctic type wear either - tho for inside, even if don't have lot of heat, like some out here just use wood stoves in winter, it's super great. I think, it would be nice anywhere inside if not below zero. Its just a lovely robe - fabric, design, fit, color, price. All great! Got the lg because its longest & even if too big can be wrapped around more anyways.
