I started making videos a few years ago. First I had an online series that I was putting together to work on and then I had some music videos that I was working on. These lights are great. They don't take up much space and give off a lot of light. I still had to use ISO 400-800 at Ζ2.8, but both ISOs work well and don't add too much noise. If you are looking for a real studio situation I would suggest getting bigger panels but for me filming drum videos in my basement they work great. They are well made and I love that they can be mounted directly on the stand or from the side. This is especially useful if you decide to buy barn doors for them that won't open when tilted down when mounted directly from the lamp stand. They are much more compact than the softboxes I use. earlier and put out almost the same amount of light with much easier set up and take down. In my opinion, Neewer offers very economical lighting solutions. I had a problem with two dead LEDs. It seems to be an intermittent problem. I contacted support and they provided a solution that worked great for me. I would recommend them to a friend if they are looking for cover.
