The team at MZW has been very responsive in helping us with our needs for custom development work as well consulting services related specifically business process improvement projects that are needed across multiple departments within my organization! They have also helped me understand how their products can be used effectively when working collaboratively (as opposed to simply being sold).

I think it's great they offer so many different packages/pricing options - sometimes you need something specific or customized but just getting started might not allow enough time / resources etc.. It would help if there was more transparency around what each package offered though? We've found them helpful thus far & will continue using this service moving forward since all aspects were addressed during initial engagement phase which allowed smooth transition into ongoing relationship building efforts between both parties involved!
