If your hair is overworked/damaged, feels like straw or is losing shine, this product will fix it in just minutes. I don't have the patience to wrap my hair in conditioner for 10-30 minutes so I only use a little after shampooing when I lather. Just this short time makes my hair soft, bouncy and shiny like a little kid's. I use maybe 1/5 of a pack at a time, so for $10 you're definitely getting your money's worth! This product works better than any salon product my barbers have ever used. It even soothes my frizzy (curly, fine) hair without weighing it down. Added: I see a lot of people complaining about the smell. It's a bit like sandalwood, but unless you use the entire package (which you absolutely do NOT have to) it's nice and underwhelming. My guess is that the people who complained used too much product and/or didn't rinse well. I haven't had this problem at all and am very sensitive to smells. I have long hair (just below my shoulder blades) and use a quarter size drop. It doesn't need more!
