The light tube was ok. Colman's lantern was a problem. Colman was useless in solving the problem. Still thinking the bulb was the problem (the night light ran on a lantern) I contacted the lamp company. I was offered a second bulb to try out for free! True to their word, I received one in two days. The problem with the lantern is revealed - not cops. I returned both to the company at my own expense. They were helpful, polite and knowledgeable on the phone. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be replacing them for any other lamps I may need in the future. The manager's address is accurate, I highly recommend it.
