So when the hair arrived it was very soft and beautiful and also had a few lashes on it. The ends look a bit flimsy but I figured the styling would handle that. NOT CORRECT! My embroidery itself was bad, but my hair made it worse. After installation, hair became very stiff, dry and ridiculously tangled. I had to clean every hour. Even after washing, conditioning, blow-drying and ironing at low heat, the hair still feels plastic. The ONLY style that worked was the flexible rods and the ends didn't even hold a curl. And then he gave me a rash on my neck? This is not my first embroidery with human or synthetic hair and I have NEVER seen anything like it. The photo shows I have natural skin discolouration and the rash you are seeing is NOT THAT. My neck is still sore and healing and I've already pulled my hair out! This hair may be affordable but you lose quality. DO NOT BUY.
