Good shorts but padding is a bit thick which is both a good and bad thing. Luckily, it effectively offers reliable protection for many miles, but unfortunately it can feel like you're sitting on something rather than just a seat. And it can increase the seat height, which can put a strain on your knees, but it's not too much of an issue , if you are aware of it. Also, it can give you a weird camel toe look, although I've found this happens with other brands too, so maybe it's just me haha. However, for the money this is a good choice. I especially like the bag as I am diabetic and wear an insulin pump so I need a pocket near my waist for the pump and tank top pockets can sometimes be too big. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and I will admit to being drawn to these shorts when going on a longer trip just for the extra padding. Have fun driving!
