Review edited 4/12/20: It died in less than nine months with minimal use. The motor stopped and did not lock up. Electricity was not included. A piece of junk. I've seen good and bad reviews - and took a chance. When I received it, the front corner was broken with a piece falling off. The box was fine so they sent me a damaged unit. I'll risk it again and get a replacement. I will update my rating when the second shredder arrives. **EDIT** - The replacement came the next day. The chopper was in perfect condition - no damage! It's a workhorse that destroys all my paper! I like the front screen so I can see how full it is. I'm so glad I gave it a second chance! Second edit: Died July 2020.
