Just what I wanted in my review
I bought one of these years ago at a big box home goods store. I finally had use for one again and could only find it online. I use it for my "twinkle" string lights in the back yard. It works great and it lives outside year-round. When we lose power the device resets and you need to reset the timer. Rain and snow have not been a problem. I do have it partially covered by the roof overhang, but I think it still get a lot of weather abuse.
- Does not retain memory upon power loss other than that it works great
- The timer's cords are easily damaged and break over time
