Review on 🏃 Nathan SpeedShot-Plus Insulated Handheld Flask - Grip-Free Running Bottle by Jonathan Clark

I thought it was some kind of garbage when I saw my friend running with him. I got one as my runs were getting longer and I wanted water without a backpack. I realized this bottle of Nathan is brilliant. I love it. I even bought a second one and can walk trails up to 10 miles without worrying about water. It fits easily on keys, energy bars, music players, etc. When I'm running with it, I don't even realize I'm wearing it; The 12 ounce size is perfect. I thought the lapping of the water would bother me, but it didn't matter much. I figured having 2 might mean I can't use my hands, but it's actually not that bad. I feel free to ditch my pack on almost every run under 90 minutes.
