I've almost given up looking for something to put a new toilet seat on my useless Toto toilet (never buy one). You can't get to the bottom of the hole where the seat is attached. The engineer who designed this probably died of frustration trying to use the toilet. I saw them on Revain and tried them to the best of my knowledge. You really have to tighten the screw, but once they're tightened, the seat won't move. You have to be careful to insert the ball into the rubber bushing, but if you bought the right model, it will go into the hole and hold the saddle.
