The platform has been easy enought from start-up phase with little or no training required until now when we are getting used it fully in production environment - but still not very intuitive at times (or maybe just me).
It's good product which should be supported by some other tooling like Jenkins/Github integration so you can have better monitoring of builds etc also as well! I am solving my problems related customer service management using this software solution only :D We're trying out new things every day while working together remotely :) Our main goal was keeping track all our customers' requests via ticket system without having them open separate tickets into different systems each time they need help. Also managing their emails regarding issues / inquiries would become easier than sending multiple mails per week to clients separately through email campaigns created manually within Mailchimp plugin integrated inside Jira Software itself.- Customer relationship manager feature allows us keep records.
