The service was great! It made things very easy when trying to make decisions about products because they had already done extensive research. I am currently looking into using another product as well from them but have no complaints here. They are doing their job correctly with excellent customer service support. Nothing negative yet they were professional in every way possible (website building, email correspondence, phone calls). I love how easy it was to navigate through my files when using this program! It's very user friendly which makes me feel comfortable while working in front of computer screen. There are some features i dislike about this product but they aren't too much so don't worry if those few issues will bother you as well. This has been great tool we have used during treatment planning process (CT scans).
