The product was purchased for a built-in refrigerator that weighed approximately 250 pounds when fully loaded. The casters had to be strong to support the weight, easily portable to move to different locations/surfaces with a full load, and aesthetically pleasing. The brakes (2) were needed and tested as some of the areas used had a slight incline and I am happy to report these reels tested all my boxes! The first set arrived in a badly damaged box, a roll fell out of it on the way and wouldn't get up again. (Probably from the weight of the set and the quality of the packaging). The next batch (of the missing roller) was the wrong size and didn't match the original order. Despite shipping issues and the time it took to receive a complete and correct set, the seller was very responsive and took care of me as soon as possible. The buyer is very satisfied, I recommend both the videos and the seller!
