I really liked the Defender after installing my iPhone. That's the problem. The case came without any instructions. Having never used a Defender case before, this was a mystery. On the side of the box is a small picture showing how they put the phone in the case, I've tried it won't fit in any way. Then I saw their website. I needed and the phone was installed within minutes. Little did I know the Defender was disassembled into 3 pieces to allow the phone to be installed. After watching YouTube it was a breeze! I've noticed this on a lot of technical materials. There are no written instructions and links to the site. I think everyone is very tech savvy, not like that.
