Filament too short for fiberglass
I have a 1993 Four Winns Horizon 210 Runabout. There's no spot on the boat where the fiberglass is thin enough to mount this thing. The threads are just too short. Also, I plugged it in to see if it works. That's how it was, but it also worked with the mast down. Something is wrong with this picture. The build quality is good. To return. Why is the maximum case thickness not specified in the description? I would say maybe 3/16". Definitely not a quarter of an inch.
