The buttons are broken so you have to press to move from one tower to another. that were not easy to identify. I had to go online to read online what keys to press. My other IOGear 2 port had instructions clearly labeled in the documentation that came with it. I'm not even sure if this model had documentation. Possibly opened packaging, returned item. especially since it's broken. (and it's such a pain getting things back.)
