Good product, suitable for picture hangers
I have loved 3M Command Adhesive since my college days. They hold up surprisingly well and usually come off easily, but I had issues with the wallpaper, but I wouldn't rule out the wallpaper not sticking well to the wall. I avoid transparent ones, they cause me more trouble. The metal serrated hook is also very good. I also hung them with wire. I've also used them with things designed to hold a screw, like extension cords and landlines.
