The intelex is very user friendly, it has been used for many years in my company and it is very reliable. I like that you can add forms or edit them as needed without having to contact customer service. The main problem with the system is that it sometimes freezes during use. I have also had issues importing data into other programs. If your looking for an easy to use program that is reliable, this is the one! It saves time and we are able to track our progress without having to send emails back and forth.
