Stand and umbrella are ok, please buy another flash mount
These stands are very advantageous as they come with umbrellas. You have to be very careful if you ever move the stands while you have the flash mounted as the mount is difficult to tighten and you could end up banging the flash on the ground. Luckily my flash only survived because the batteries were dead. But I would really suggest spending about $20 on a different mount for your flashes because of this.
