So this product doesn't work properly, it turns off with frequent use and the buttons are in a bad place, you keep pressing them during the game because they are not up a normal one real Xbox gamepad. I have sent the item back for a refund but I have not received a refund yet but it has been a few weeks since I sent it back and contacted them many times with no help. I am very disappointed that this was not addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend not buying this remote and spending more to get a real Xbox360 remote. I will keep trying to get a refund as it is wrong to return an item and they don't refund as they promise. If I could put 0 stars I would. Please pay attention to where the buttons are and stay connected during gameplay. And it wasn't the batteries.
