Here's the background. I just turned 75 and been in Virtual Lockdown for over a year and prior to that had gone to the gym 7 days a week so in order to fill the void I first bought a rowing machine and placed it on my small balcony as there was no room in my one bedroom plus i wanted to be "outside". By now I've rowed across the Pacific. But I wanted something to complement the rowing so I after checking out several different brands I chose the Avenor exercise bicycle and because of the limited space I wanted something that could fold up so I chose this one.It arrived and I managed to cart it upstairs and actually the weight of it was reassuring that it was potentially a solid machine. It was well packed and after removing the various parts I found the instruction sheet to be very clear and very detailed. While assembling the bicycle I did have to use some additional tools because a few of the bolts were on fairly tight but I did get it assembled and folded up then rolled through my apartment to the balcony and unfolded it and went for my first ride.but there was a problem with the monitor system as it did not record the time, speed and so forth but it did record the pulse which was actually very important for me. So I got on the computer and contacted the supplier and immediately got a response even late at night and I have to say this company probably has the best customer service I've encountered so far not only do they quickly respond to my questions, they gave me a choice of replacing the entire exercise bicycle and even keeping the one I had or refunding the money and still keeping the bicycle so I have to say I give them five stars for their customer service and their commitment to providing the best product they can. That said gotta to now as it's time to head out to the balcony where I will begin peddling to Patagonia on my Avenor.
