Customer service is top notch. I liked how it works, how it fits in the car, how it holds the phone, and how easy it is to rotate. It was really easy to apply but after about a week as the car got warmer due to the warmer weather the adhesive couldn't hold it to the vinyl surface above the dashboard and it peeled off. This is the second time. The first time went off right away and they sent me a new one. I was very excited about that. But then the glue no longer holds. The other part that attaches to the air vent is fine too, but in my car it's a little tilted, so there's a lot of reflections making it difficult to see the phone's screen clearly. Overall I like these 2 products, I just wish this stuff stuck to my car better.
