Good Quality very soft and spongy no real support

These are nice quality and if you need just padding they should be great for you. They are almost like memory foam. They have no stiffness and no arch support, you can literally roll them up. If that is what you want there is nothing wrong with these.

My wife has lower back pain and she has those insoles in her shoes and she feels better than before.
