excellent insoles! good for me

These easily cut to fit our shoe size just by following the lines for full sizes and cutting between the lines for 1/2 sizes. The bottom of the insoles also have a sticky to the touch area that is near the heel and near the ball of your foot to keep them in place inside your shoe while you wear them.The front of the insole has a raised bump area that stimulates your foot without being annoying or making it feel sore or raw. Comfortable, well-made insoles

A couple years ago, I got a really cool pair of sneakers (red suede!), but they had the worst insoles I've ever encountered. Seriously, they were worse than going barefoot. I grabbed some nice insoles for those, then realized how bad the stock insoles were in pretty much all of my shoes. Like walking on clouds

These are extremely well cushioned insoles that are perfect for people that are on their feet for long periods of time. I got these for my son to put in his work shoes, since he’s on his feet for 8-10 hours at a time. He started complaining about foot pain about a week after starting, so I got him a pair of shoes with memory foam insoles. He absolutely loved the shoes, but after wearing them for a few weeks the memory foam started to compress, and they weren’t as comfortable. I ripped out those

Very good heel support.

These foot pads have very good gel at the heel which is great for lumbar pain. They need a little more arch support, but overall it's a comfortable, well-made foot pad.

Good Quality very soft and spongy no real support

These are nice quality and if you need just padding they should be great for you. They are almost like memory foam. They have no stiffness and no arch support, you can literally roll them up. If that is what you want there is nothing wrong with these.

Great replacement for the stock inserts in my shoes

I replaced the original insert that came with my shoe with this one and promptly tossed the old one away. Great way to refresh a pair of shoes that may be a bit past "broken in". I noticed some improved shock absorption under my heel and the ball of my foot immediately.The insert was easy to trim down to size, so consider buying slightly larger sizes and trimming to fit. Instant heel pain relief

Instantly relieved heel pain. Has a softer heel cushion than the others I tried. All foots are different beside high and low arch. I have a high arch but my pain is felt mostly in the heel. So this is perfect for me.Have your doctor feel the bottom of your feet. If the middle foot arch is OK but the heel is not this is for you.
