The price of this radio for the features offered is great. You get a lot for a little. Be careful, this radio is not user friendly and the manual must be read carefully to get the most out of it. As others have said, the frequency programming on this radio was PITA! An optional kit can be purchased to make things a bit easier, but the Chinese software that came with the kit was useless and buggy. Instead, use open-source software that's easy to find online to avoid disappointment. Once you program it, it works like any other radio.
