The monitor itself is decent. The workmanship looks a little cheap, but the image quality is excellent. About a year later, I started bleeding from the edges and sent it to ASUS for repair. The monitor came back with the display fixed but with the base cracked (perhaps damaged in transit) so the monitor was wobbly. So I had to send it back after speaking to ASUS representatives for several hours to explain the problem. When he returned the second time, the base was exactly the same. Now I have a shaky monitor and I'm tired of having to ship it back and forth every two weeks only to get it back in the same or worse condition. I've been buying ASUS laptops and monitors for years because they're cheap, but I think for such low prices you get terrible customer service and tech support.
