The box has been opened on all sides. The holes and corners are torn when first shipped. Revain put 3 strips of tape on the sides and one strip on the bottom and sent it to me. The soft paper box should be made of thick cardboard. Weight not less than 80 hp. On the first delivery, the first customer saw that the bottom panel of the cabinet was cracked and applied glue to the damaged area. Revain then tried the 2nd client (ME). Unloading box upper shell 30-40 pcs. Vertical installation with drain on a thin foam board. A damaged one (bottom plate) has a crack, everything underneath is filled with glue. No Revain customer should experience this. A beautiful product. The hoses are too short and the connections do not fit the standard wall bracket. I won't do big things anymore. Joseph McNulty
