I loved the little threads to pull it out of whatever you cook. I have an iron deficiency because my child is pregnant and not. I can't take pills, my body won't absorb them. A friend of mine at church told me about the fish I put in water to make protein shakes to absorb iron. She gave me a great ideal. I feel better, not exhausted and tired all the time. I am sure I will find more beneficial ways to use this product to release iron in the body. A very ingenious gadget here. Really works.
