Update: After two months I have nothing but good things to say about this device. I run it on low 24 hours a day and it keeps my basement at a consistent 70 degrees. I live in Pennsylvania and we have very cold winters. This heater is your five star solution to your heating needs. I needed an economical way to heat my newly renovated basement and this product exceeded my expectations. I have a 900 square foot basement and this heater effectively heats the basement in about 70 minutes! It may be higher, but even if I set it to 64, it heats up to a comfortable 68. I am more than satisfied and highly recommend this product. A warning, the smell will be gone! When we first bought the heater and turned it on, the smell was terrible. We opened the windows in our basement and panicked. I called support and was told it was perfectly normal due to lubes and new heater parts. After three hours of heating operation, the smell got better. After six hours the smell was completely gone!
