I was looking for a replacement for my coffee pour over that I recently bought on sale. I returned it after a few days of use due to poor build quality and performance. I saw the ovalware pouring in at Revain and loved the look and feel and decided to give it a try. I received it quickly, but when I took it out of the box, I noticed something that made me email the company to ask for their opinion. I received a prompt response from customer service (Vivien) who assured me they 100% support their product and my satisfaction. In some email exchanges discussing the issue I was told that I COULD receive a faulty unit and they would immediately send me a new one which I received and started using. I really appreciate the company's response to my concerns and I wish other companies would do the same. This pour over is really everything I was looking for. It looks spectacular (matte black model), is durable and is made of high quality materials including 304 stainless steel. There are no plastic or silicone materials inside the kettle that could come into contact with water, it is intuitive to use (well-done manual is included). ), ETL certified and all features work great. Temperature, Celsius/Fahrenheit, temperature hold time and timer settings are easy to set. It's quiet in operation and emits a handy beep (loud enough in my opinion) when it reaches the set temperature. In addition, it is easy to clean thanks to the hole in the lid large enough for your hand. This is a beautiful and well designed device with excellent customer service. What else would you like!
