Review on 🐱 Hello Kitty White Zojirushi 16-Ounce Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Mug by Reid Rickerson

Zojirushi is well known for producing quality thermos flasks. This is a great purchase with some very mild caveats: Pros: * Keeps liquids hot for a surprisingly long time. * Easy to hold: not too wide and not heavy. Surprisingly easy in fact. * 16 oz holds just the right amount of coffee for those who like 2 cups in the morning. (I switched from an 18 ounce glass thermos and the reduction wasn't noticeable.) *No spills or leaks. The locking mechanism works well, is intuitive and has never let me down. The quality of the metal and plastic seems high.* The white color is beautiful. Not too shiny or pearly. * The non-stick inner coating makes quick cleaning with simple soap and water very easy. (This doesn't seem to be a problem if you're drinking straight from the thermos.) I often remove the lid entirely instead of using the spout. Splashes easily appear on the lid of the thermos. However, a quick rinse under hot tap water will solve this problem. Being an all-glass, double-walled thermos, I like that the Zojirushi is lightweight, easier and safer to carry, doesn't leak, and also has a much warmer temperature. Storage tip: Preheat: Pour hot water into a thermos to heat it up and drain the water before adding the hot drink. This filling of the thermos helps to keep the drink hot even longer. (To save water, rinse/rinse with hot water just before filling.) Would I buy again? Yes, in a heartbeat.
