I like it so much! It's such a beautiful white/pearl. All of their products are not only smooth, but also keep drinks cold for a LONG time. I use mine for Iced Lattes and it's crazy that ice actually stays ice all day. I usually make coffee around 7am and when I get home around 6-7pm I can still hear the ice moving in the bottle. Zojirushi is well known for producing quality thermos flasks. This is a great purchase with some very mild caveats: Pros: * Keeps liquids hot for a surprisingly long time. * Easy to hold: not too wide and not heavy. Updated Review Part 3. I bought two of these at once in November 2018 and the first one broke last month. Zojirushi was kind enough to send a replacement case. UPDATE 06/08/2021: Replacement lid broke after just a few months. The mug is useless without it so I just ordered another one from their website for $12. Reading all the other reviews that had the same issue made me downgrade my 5 star rating to 1 star. As soon as this new cap breaks again (and I'm sure it will), we'll look at another brand. I HAVE TO REDACT THIS ENTIRE RATING BECAUSE THE LID IS A JOB. Previously I had two old models and decided to upgrade to Zojirushi SM-TA60BA. I LOVE IT! The new upper design and additional lining is better than the first design. Whatever design you buy, I've never had a mug hold heat as well or as long as this one!
