Review on 🐱 Hello Kitty White Zojirushi 16-Ounce Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Mug by Paul Dye

Wait for Zojirushi to correct this design before purchasing this type of bottle. The first lid broke after a few months and Zojirushi blamed me for putting it in the dishwasher. They made me pay for new caps (for 2 because out of 3 bottles 2 broke). Then I stopped putting them in the dishwasher and continued to wash them by hand. But they broke again. My third bottle cap soon gave up. Now one of the recently purchased covers is broken. It's systemic! This is a clear design flaw of this lid mechanism and Zojirushi should replace it for free and offer a more robust lid design. I see other reviewers with the same problem. @Zojirushi - please continue with the challenge and fix it.
