Revainrating 4 out of 5

Updated Review 7.4.21

Update. I abandoned this product because I didn't want to deal with returns. As I noted earlier, the grooves were too narrow for my Kindle Fire in its case. For me, folding and removing the Kindle from the case is a bit awkward (arthritis). So even though I liked the product, it didn't work for me. The seller contacted me last week about problems in my review. They offered to send me their new version for free. I accepted their offer and received the new product very quickly. This is my first night of using it but I can tell you their new wider ridges fit great and make a huge difference. As this is the first night I have increased the rating on the product itself to 4 stars and will update it. Seller gets a solid 5 stars for customer service and follow up. Truly amazing customer service. I bought it to use with my Kindle Fire at night. For the most part it works (it's really just a covered piece of styrofoam). The downside is that you definitely have to take the KIndle out of the case, and the grooves on the pillow stand are a little tight so you really can't move it around much. I was hoping to relieve my hands from reading (arthritis) and that would work for that, but not very well. Better for watching videos or movies. I'd love to find one similar but with deeper grooves to hold the Kindle.
