Review on Certero for Cloud by Shaun Helm

The best thing about certera is that it has everything I need as an admin with one platform - from managing users/licenses through reporting across multiple cloud platforms (AWS & MS). It's also easy enough so my team can use their own devices without needing IT support or additional licenses! Nothing really at this point but there have been some updates recently where things got slower than expected when adding new accounts etc., however they do seem responsive via social media channels if needed during those times too :) Definitely try them out before making any big decisions though- we were looking into other products because our org was growing fast while still trying not break existing processes downsilonly due to budget constraints. However after using CERTERA for only 1 month now vs 2 months wth another product its become clear how much more effective having access to information like user license info within seconds.
