I liked that there was no pressure from my manager/coach to do something we did not feel comfortable doing. It allowed me to really look at where I needed improvement in order for us to achieve our goals of increasing revenue. The only thing about Meddic is that sometimes when it says "we" it means just me. That's because most times we were working alone, so there wasn't much interaction between myself and other members of the team. It can get frustrating if you are trying to improve yourself but don't have enough support. If you want someone who will push you to work harder than you think you should then this isn't for you. Instead they help you set realistic expectations which helps motivate and encourage you. We had weekly 1-on-1 sessions as well as training days and online webinars. During those meetings I would share areas of weakness I wanted to focus on during the week. On.
