I ordered these for a cupboard for my wood workshop. Before ordering 10 sets for all my closets I wanted to see how the quality and looks are. I was very pleased. They come simply boxed, with a screwdriver to help with installation! The packaging is simple, but the contents are surprisingly high-quality. I took some photos of the contents and a close-up of the wheels. I will be finishing my closet next week and will post pics of it on the closet and update my review. Now I'm so glad I didn't go to Lowes or Home Depot. They're cheaper and way better quality than anything I've seen at any big store. The "tire" is made of very strong rubber, NOT plastic. The wheel spins and rolls freely when unlocked. When locked, it doesn't move in any direction at all. I can see where the brakes (stamping metal) wear the tires down over time but for the price it's not a deal breaker and it would take thousands of uses to really make a difference. The locking mechanism is easy to engage and unlock with your hand or foot when not wearing bulky boots. Sneakers or similar will do. I'm happy. I highly recommend!
