I like the fit of the cap. It has an elastic on the back of the cap as well as a button and string if you need to tighten it a bit more (and it stays put). I have long hair so I twist it in a bun towards the lower back of my head and the cap has space there that it doesn’t make the fit uncomfortable. I like the design and the color goes well with either the standard sky blue or light green scrubs. The cap also has a terry cloth on the inside part where your forehead hits the cap so to absorb sweat I guess. It’s a good price compared to some that I came across on amazon and other places.$20 or so.
