Works but may require some adjustments
This is a solidly built A/B switch, but if you're using anything other than the most basic keyboard and mouse it will sometimes freeze or go off to sleep . intermittent opening that will drive you crazy. I believe it's powered via HDMI, I thought maybe USB, but read HDMI, so if you're switching between two laptops and both aren't plugged in, the one with HDMI may need to be powered on first for it to work.
