I like that there are so many options for tours! We were very pleased with our tour guide who was knowledgeable about all different aspects during this trip including history/culture as well entertainment tips (we ended up seeing some shows!).

There aren't any specific things i disliked other than it being expensive which may be due moreso because my husband has bad allergies but they do offer refunds if you don' t want certain items included or can not go into places etc.. If your looking at multiple companies then try them out first before booking through their website just incase something gets missed when planning online vs actual visit - otherwise everything went great!!
