Easy to install. When I found that I had to twist the yoke as tight as I could, it held onto the vent perfectly. However, after only 10 days of use, I can no longer adjust the angle up or down. It can't support the weight of my iPhone XS and the phone falls and the screen faces the seat instead of my face. Very disappointed. Edit: A few days after my review I was in the process of removing the retainer to get rid of it when I noticed the back ring was no longer tight. After tightening the ring, the mount was no longer loose and held my phone at the desired angle. Turns out that once installed, it's a good idea to tighten that back ring as well. It must have come off. Since tightening this ring I've waited a week to double check my review to make sure it won't loosen again. It's not like this. So I've changed my original 2 star rating to 4.5 stars. The instructions that came with it weren't very clear, but they are clearer here on the website. Also, the only improvement I would suggest is that the sides open when the unlock button is pressed instead of opening them manually. This product is worth the money.
