Looked at directly: mirror and parts

This mirror is more convex than the original, which is a good thing. Got the old one out in 5 minutes. Tip: If your glass is cracked, cover it with tape before removing the old one. As I rotated the mirror, small pieces of glass fell onto the floor of my garage. The band held them back.
