Review on Kuat Rack Dock Fits Black by Michael Hogate

I've been missing the Kuat NV 2.0 bike rack for a long time. When I finally bought it I didn't expect that it would be a somewhat bulky item. When it's in the garage, there's no good way to get it out of the way, and it doesn't sit flat on any of its surfaces. Plus it's a nice bike stand and you don't want it standing on concrete where the surface could get scratched. So I unsteadily leaned on discarded pieces of Styrofoam when not in use. The shelving used to clutter up the garage and I was afraid the kids might knock it over. This rack dock is the obvious solution. It literally takes 2 minutes to install and the process is nearly immune to idiots. All you need is a bolt sensor and a drill press. Kuat provides a drill. The stand is stable and looks good. I set mine up about a foot off the ground so I no longer have to bend down to pick the stand off the ground. I'm glad I bought this. I have reviewed wall mount docks from other companies in the past and this one seems to be of a higher standard. You should be aware that the weight limit for the docking station is around 100 pounds. You cannot place your bike rack against the wall and then place bikes on the bike rack when it is docked to the wall.
