Review on Breathable Boys' Accessories for Hats & Caps - JAN JUL Children's Protection by Mike Wallace

I have been buying winter and summer cotton hats for my daughter and son from this company for a long time, and I am very satisfied with the products. This is the first time I buy this particular type of hat. I needed a waterproof factor so I could just throw this hat on when it rained. This is a very cute hat, but unfortunately the tag was put on the very top of the hat and now that the tag has been removed there are two separate holes in the top of the hat which are the worst place to impregnate. Cap. I also bought the blue checkered version for boys and unfortunately the same problem. I wish they found a less important area to pierce the hat for the tag, but now both hats have two holes in the top of the hat for water to seep through. I'm very disappointed because otherwise I like the hat. Update: I increased my star rating when the company contacted me and offered a refund to fix the holes in the hats. Customer service is really very important and this company definitely cares about their customers. Very happy.
